Slavery was once a part of American History and one would consider slavery to have effaced from the society, however, the modern world has incorporated and modified the new system to exhibit a kind of modern slavery. It’s imperative to note that racism is considered absurd if not a crime by the American constitution on the fundamental basis that every person has equality with others from creation despite their origin, ethnicity, and race. Historically, the arrest and jurisdiction of the black man were to be used as a slave and also the fight in defending the United States against foreign nations.
