Workplace in the 21st Century is still facing one major problem that is the discrimination based on the gender. In U.S. there are thousands workplace where women are suffering with low pay package or getting physically harassed. This problem seems to be constant and women are lagging behind because they have normalized the problems. In a workplace in Arizona, one woman complained that her boss called her up and touched her without even taking her permission.
