Select either communication, professionalism, or people skills. 2. Then discuss the importance of developing these skills for the workplace. 3. Provide at least 2 ways in which you plan to develop and grow this skill while at COS. Consider some of the many resources, services, courses, programs, events, activities, clubs, staff, etc. at COS and in the community. As an example (you'll expand on your answer), but you might focus on communication skills and share why you feel it is important for you, your future career, and employer. Then you might highlight how you have signed up to take COMM 004, Interpersonal Communication, to build your interpersonal skills and enhance your communication awareness by completing the course with an "A" grade.
