It helps in deciding the best topic for the audience and ensures the entire speech is focused on the audience to yield results. The one type of nonverbal communication that will affect my grade the most is paralanguage because of volume, projection, and tone. I think the aspect of volume is most impactful because I can effectively apply all other nonverbal communications but if my volume is too low or too loud, all other cues lose their meaning.
